Return Policy

Your satisfaction means a lot to me. If you need to request a return, please email me at [email protected] and I will personally assist you with the process.

To begin a return, send your order number and contact details. I will generate a return label so you can ship the piece back just as you received it, from your nearest drop-off location.

Once the artwork arrives and its condition is verified, you will be able to choose between:

• ✅ Full refund of the purchase amount
• ✅ Store credit for the same value

Returns can be requested within 15 days of purchase for orders within Argentina.

International Orders 🌎

For orders outside Argentina:

• Returns accepted within 20 days of purchase
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer
• Proof of shipment must be sent via email

Once the piece is received and verified, you may choose:

• ✅ Full refund
• ✅ Store credit for the same value (with free shipping on your next order)
