What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mercado Pago, PayPal, debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and cash payments.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. You can also enter your ZIP/postal code beforehand to see the estimated price. Occasionally there are free-shipping promotions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available via DHL Express. Currently shipping to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Italy and Spain.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery times may vary by country. You can enter your zip code in the cart for an estimated delivery time.

When do you restock or release new pieces?

All releases, restocks and limited editions are announced on my Instagram broadcast channel.

Do you accept custom sculpture commissions?

At the moment I am focused on developing my official collection, so I am not taking custom commissions.

If you'd like to be notified when custom slots open, write "CUSTOM" in the contact form or send an email to [email protected] to join the priority list.

What is the return/exchange period?

You may request an exchange within 15 days of purchase. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged, email [email protected] and we will ship a replacement. Every artwork is crafted by hand, and I take great care with each collector’s experience.

Do the sculptures come with a certificate of authenticity?

All physical sculptures include a signed certificate of authenticity.

The 20cm and 30cm collections are limited and individually numbered.

One-of-one pieces are not numbered because they are unique, but they also include a signed certificate.

What materials are the sculptures made from?

Currently, all pieces are produced in high-quality white PLA using 3D printing.

In the future I will release one-of-one pieces in premium materials. To be notified first, write "MATERIALS" in the contact form or email [email protected].

How does pre-order work?

Certain sculptures appear as PRE-ORDER with a reduced price because they have not yet been physically produced.

The first collector receives unit #1 and triggers the official release.

I don't take reservations: if a piece is available, you can purchase it. If it's not yet printed, I produce it after purchase (1–2 days depending on demand).

Do you sell STL files?

At the moment I do not sell STL files. In the future, I will share models and digital sculpture resources with an exclusive community.
