All physical and digital works, animations, renders, images, and content on this site are original creations by Pedro Montanaro / 3D POLLO and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:

• Copying, reproducing, or scanning sculptures to create copies or molds.
• Using images, renders, or animations for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, distributing, sublicensing, or reselling my work in any format.
• Using my work or content to create derivative products or NFTs without explicit permission.

Purchasing a piece does not transfer reproduction or commercial exploitation rights. You are acquiring the artwork for personal use and collection, not a commercial license.

About the Sculptures

Each piece is handcrafted or produced through 3D printing. Production and shipping times may vary depending on demand, finishing process, and logistics.

If you need a specific delivery date, please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed.
• Once shipped, logistics and delivery times depend on the chosen courier service.
• You will receive a tracking number when your piece is dispatched.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or courier issues.

Returns

Returns are handled according to the Return Policy published on this site. In general terms:

• For orders within Argentina: returns are accepted up to 15 days from the date of purchase.
• For international orders: returns are accepted up to 20 days from the date of purchase (return shipping is paid by the buyer; proof of shipment required).
• Once the piece is received and verified, a refund or store credit of equal value will be offered (according to current policy).

Custom Commissions

If you commission a custom sculpture, clear reference material is required to begin the project.

Reference Requirements:

• 360° head photos of the person being sculpted are required (front, profile, and detail views) to start the modeling process.
• If photos are not provided, I cannot begin the work.

Timing and Cancellation:

• If the client does not provide the requested photos within 15 days of order confirmation, the commission will be canceled.
• If canceled due to missing references, the client may choose between:
  • Requesting a refund, or
  • Receiving a store credit of equal value, valid for 30 days.
• If neither a refund nor store credit is requested within that period, no further refunds will be issued.

Before commissioning a personalized sculpture, I recommend contacting me to confirm format, timing, and pricing.

Pre-Order and Availability

Some sculptures may appear as PRE-ORDER with a preferential price. Purchasing a pre-order guarantees priority for receiving the first units of that edition.

I do not take reservations: if a product is listed as available, you can purchase it. If the piece is made after purchase, production time is typically 1–2 days depending on demand.

STL and Digital Assets

I currently do not sell STL files or distribute 3D models publicly. In the future, I may share resources and models with an exclusive community under specific conditions.

Limitation of Liability

I make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate. However, estimated times, screen color perception, resolution, and artwork dimensions may vary slightly. I am not responsible for minor variations that do not affect the functionality or artistic value of the piece.

I am not responsible for damage or delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors beyond my control.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to improve service and protect artistic work. The current version will always be the one published on this site.
